Setup steps
These steps apply to email accounts provisioned by an administrator. Do not register again; existing users should keep their original sign-in method.
Prepare the sign-in email, one-time recovery secret and plan activation code delivered through a secure channel. Each serves a different purpose.
Open Set a new password. Enter the complete one-time secret, set and confirm a password, then return to sign-in. The recovery secret expires and can be used only once.
Sign in with the provisioned email and your new password. Do not enter the recovery secret in the sign-in password field.
Open plan activation and enter the activation code. The project name is optional. Submit Activate team and wait for the result; avoid duplicate submissions.
Confirm activation succeeded, then inspect the project plan, members and API keys. If the result is uncertain, check the project and plan status before contacting an administrator.
WARNING
An invalid secret may be expired, used or incomplete. Ask your administrator for help. Share only redacted error details, never a complete recovery secret, activation code or API key.
